I made a CAS card with the latest Lawn Fawn stamp set, Feathered Friends, that it's an Stamptember exclusive for Simon Says Stamp.
I created a debossed background using the Perfect Ruler and, wow! I love this tool!! It has a piece in the center that you can push to hold the ruler always in place, it's great!
Then I used the Perfect Tears ruler with some tissue paper to create that distressed look and finally I used the Perfect Airbrush to color my feathers with Distress markers.
I used white enamel liquid to create the dots
