Avery Elle Spring release blog hop

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the Avery Elle Spring release blog hop!


Today all the new Avery Elle release will be available for purchase and we are celebrating it with a blog hop with tons of inspiration and a giveaway!
And because this is all about celebrating, I made a very festive card featuring the new stamp set More Party Animals that also has a coordinating set of dies.

To give the card a soft look, I heat embossed all the balloons with white embossing powder on watercolor paper and then color everything with watercolors.

The sentiment is from another new stamp set, Sentimental, which I abslutely love and the banner is also new from Pierced Banner Layers, it's so pretty, isn't it? :) I wanted to combine the border of the card with the banner so I used an old die set Double Pierced Rectangles.

I used foam adhesive to add dimension and adhere the card to a grey card base that matched my balloons cords. To finish everything off I added some confetti mini enamel dots in several colors. I hope you like it!
