So the fun continues today with the Lawn Fawn inspiration week and a new paper collection, Fa-La-La. This is a great Christmas collection and one of the things I love from it is that you can make a project with traditional Christmas colors or choose different papers and make something totally different, yes, I'm talking about that cute soft yellow in the collection :)
I've been playing with all theese papers and stickers and I made some Christmas treat bags, it's fun, easy and quick and there are so many possibilities!
Here's a little idea: stick a number on each one and you will have a cute Advent calendar ;) I thought of this idea too late to make 24 (or 25) treat bags but I wanted to share it anyways. I think they would look super cute hanging with clothespines between other Christmas decorations.
Don't forget to visit the Lawn Fawn blog for more inspiration and an amazing giveaway ;)
Thanks for all the nice comments yesterday, you made my day!! And thanks for stopping by today too. I hope you've enjoyed my project for today, I have another for tomorrow!

I love the bags, great idea to send a detail gift to the teachers at school.
Can I rent space in your brain? LOL! Seriously, everything is adorable! How big are the final bags? Just approximately, it's hard to tell size in a photo.
Those bags are just amazing, I'd love a tutorial! Or just an idea where I might get the kraft bags? I live in the UK but I'm sure EBay would have them?
Jakix
your bags are ADORABLE!

Mel, the bags are aprox. 4.5 x 3.75 inches, they can hold a yummy quantity of candy, hehehe
Jaki Morris, I'll try to do a tutorial, it's really easy! :) I made the bags from kraft envelopes, they are easy to find here in Spain.
I love the idea of treat bags and the use of the patterned paper is great :)
Great idea - advent calendar bags. So clever and the treat bags are adorable, Love the new stamps.
Hi - I saw these posted on the Simon Says Stamp FB page - absolutely adorable. I would love to make these. How did you close the tops of the bags? Did you tie them shut with ribbon? I think I will make mine with lunch bags!
Hi Mari! Thank you! :)
Lunch bags will work perfectly! I tied two of them with ribbon, I added a non-permanent dot of glue to the other... I've been wondering about a better way to close them though
Hello, thank you for the fantastic idea and inspiration! Especially with the Christmas season sneaking up. I would love to know how you opened up or modified the envelope to make the base of the treat bag??
Thank you in advance, cheers!
