3 Avery Elle projects

Hi and Happy Monday!!

I'm trying to recover my usual routine after this stressful Summer and start posting every week again. Sorry for my lack of posts during the last months, I missed you and my crafty time a lot, I hope I can have more of both soon :)

I have 3 cards to share with you, two of them have been published on the Avery Elle last week featuring Polar Pals and Pick and Mix from their latest release and today is the turn for Christmas Florals.

So, let's start with the new one ;) Floral cards are always hard for me but I always enjoy making them. I wanted to create something elegant with this set because (for me) poinsettias are the elegant and classic face of Christmas. And they suggest me green, red and gold so I went with that color combo.

Christmas Florals

I used Scalloped Frames dies to give a special touch to the white space on the background and added dimension with foam adhesive here and there. The gold embossing sentiment helps with the elegant look, I think ;)

Finally I added some enamel dots with golden glitter and it's done! Super simple but I'm happy with the final result, you know, floral cards are hard for me, hee hee!

Now, my last week's projects:

I featured Pick and Mix with this card where I had a lot of fun with the background, stamping and coloring all these candy and trying to achieve a reto look with brown inks and Distress inking the borders of the card.

And here's my project using Polar Pals, a night scene with a mom and baby polar bears, they are so cute!!! And I love creating scenes on my cards :)

I hope you like my projects, thank you so much for stopping by!! Have a nice day!!

Welcome back! I hope things have slowed down a bit and you can find some extra time to craft. I know how hard it can be to juggle so much outside of blogging, so don't ever feel bad. We'll be here waiting and always happy to see you post again :). All 3 cards are amazing! They're all so different and just lovely!
