Fancy-folded wedding card {+video!}

Hi!

Today I have a fun card to share with you. I love to include some kind of interactive or special deatil in my cards and I came up with this idea using the Bicycle Built For You stamp set from Lawn Fawn. And I have a video showing you how I made it!

I hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching!!

It's a card that you can fold and unfold and the message is hidden when the card is closed

I coplored my images with Copic markers and used Distress inks for the sunset skies: Worn Lipstick and Scattered Straw, I really love that combo for sunset skies it's so pretty!

Thanks for your visit, don't forget to come back tomorrow, it's Lawn Fawn release week!!
Have a nice day!

I always forget to do something other than the typical A2 card! Thanks for the reminder that there's more out there! And your video is very easy to follow, so I'll be trying a card like this. Adorable card by the way :)

Yainea, this is card is so awesome! I love your creativity! I'm just starting out and I'm wondering what your recommendations are on white card stock. I got Lawn Fawn's Jet Black and Memento Dew Drop's Tuxedo Black to practice coloring, I noticed that Jet Black is not stamping as crisp as in the videos :C I don't know if it's the paper, the ink, or the stamping technique. Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated!

PS: Your coloring skills are awesome!

Hi Fernanda! Sorry for my late reply!!
I usually use two black inks: Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink when I'm going to be coloring my images with Copics. Versafine Onyx Black when I'm going to be watercoloring my images or to get crispy stamping, for exaple on a sentiment. If you have the chance to get an stamping tool (like the MISTY) you can stamp more than once and get a crispier result but I have mine for a year and even when I'm super happy with my purchase and I use it a lot, I've been stamping for a long time without it and it's possible to live without one haha.
For Copic markers my favorite paper is Neenah Solar White cardstock, it's a pretty white shadow and coloring looks waay better on it. Also it gets the ink nicely :) When I want to use my blending tool to ink backgrounds, I prefer Bristol Smooth paper, I've been using it recently and the results are better and smoother than with Neenah cardstock. With Bristol paper, stamping with Memento dye ink is not the best option, you need to use a stamping tool, repeat the stamping process and still you won't get a really black-black. And you need to leave it dry for a while because it'll bleed instead.
I hope this helps! You can email me and ask everything you need to know, I'll be glad to help, if I can :)
