Hola!

It's second day of Lawn Fawn inspiration week and it's time for some new critters!! I love critters' sets and I've been asking for some jungle critters for a while, I love all the possiblities with these new additions! :)

I made a little card using a Lawn Fawn notecard as my card base and I colored a fun scene using Copic markers and Distress inks

Wild about you

Scenes with critters & dimension = my fave! <3 I used the sentiment from Critters on the Savanna, it matches perfectly this set too!

Dream & Grassy Border - LF April Inspiration Week

Hi there!
I'm so sorry to be late posting this!!
Here are my projects for the last day of Lawn Fawn April Inspiration Week, I had a lot of fun making these!

Today I'm showcasing Dream mini stamp set and Grassy Border die.
I think my card features correctly Grassy Border! lol
I came with this super simple and easy to do idea and I really like it :)
I combined the "hello" from Hello Sunshine with "there" from Critters con the Savanna to create the sentiment.

I love this new mini set, I love the cute and fluffy feathers and the font sentiment, I think it's perfect!!
And you can use it for different styles, that's cool!!
First I made this set of tag and box that you've probably already seen con the CHA release week.
I stamped a background of feathers and then I heat embossed some feathers with white powder con vellum and colored them with Copics.

And lastly I went experimental and tried this thinking about native american indians. I used the Silhouette for the circle and then I covered it with rustic twine. The background was made with watercolors and Distress inks.

I wanted a magical look but mixed with earth and natural tones. What do you think about it?

Look for a lot more inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog, the DT has some really amazing projects!!
And stay tunned for May Inspiration Week because it's a Release Week too!! And I tell you, you don't want to miss it ;)

Critters on the Savanna - Lawn Fawn April Inspiration Week

Hi!!
It's starting to feel like Spring here! After a lot of rainy and cold days some warm and sunny days, it feels sooo good :) What about you? I hope you're enjoying some warm temps too!

Today is the first day of Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week and we're showcasing Critters on the Savanna, one of my newewst favorites!
This is what I made, thinking about two friends living far away and one sending the other s package with a photo of them and a postcard. I invented a whole story, huh? haha

It looks like a package but it's actaually a card! ;) Of course, you can use this idea for decorating package too, I think it'd make a cute gift! I hope you like it!
For the package simulation, I wrapped a piece of cardstock, that easy :)

This is another card I made using the same set, you already know this one for sure because I made it for CHA release week and the year three catalog but I haven't shared it on my blog yet, so here it is :)

My little book of animals - Lawn Fawn & Punky Sprouts mini album

Hi!!
How is your week going so far? I've been very busy lately! The people of Punky Sprouts sent the Lawn Fawn DT some of their mini albums to play, I want to thank them because the albums are totally awesome!!

When I received my Punky Sprouts mini album I was struggling with what to do because scrapbooking is not my thing... I was going to give it a try with my pets or pictures from my land but suddenly I had an idea: a mini book for children about animals, making it fun with some games and interactivity.

Well, I loved the idea and I started to work on it... You know when your idea starts growing by itself and it gets out of your control? LOL It happened and when I wanted to keep the book simple and add only a few things... Well it ended like this and it took me A LOT of hours to finish it.

Using the front page as a guide, I cut a piece of cardboard to add to the first pages

The fun part pf these mini albums is that you can go creative and add elements like manila tags, acetate sheets... everything! I added an acetate sheet for a little guessing name here:

I know, it's not very hard :P but the solutions are behind the sheet!

Sea animals is one of my favorite pages, each one of the animals has its name hidden and you can pull out to see it

The Critters on the Savanna are stamped on sticker paper so the glasine bag is full of stickers to full the Savanna landscape!

Who is disguised in the snow? Just follow the numbers with a pencil to find it out! (Yes, I'm like a little girl, hahahaha)

For the Australian critters (sorry Aussi people, I know Oceania is not only Australia but I didn't find a better name, I accept suggestions!) I made a little envelope and I created a list of curiosities about all those cute animals.

Finally, one of my other favorites (because I love this Lawn Fawn set) I left the animals this way so the children could color them. Also, the name of each animal is hidden so they complete the blanks first :)

The end!  I hope you've enjoyed my "little" project :)

I want to say that I don't have children in my life, this means I thought about all this with no experience, I don't know if it is balanced or for what age it is suitable... I just trusted my inner child so, please, forgive my mistakes :)

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today, have a wonderful day!!
