Red & Goldie - Avery Elle project

Hello friends!
Happy Monday! I have another Avery Elle project to shre with you today, this time I'm featuring a super cute stamp set and coordinating dies, Red & Goldie. It's funny because when I was a child my family called me "Ricitos de oro" wich is the spanish name of the character Goldie because of my curly hair that was golden when I was little.

Anyways, I love Red so I had to put her and the cute little wolf (not as fierce as the one in the tale!) on my card. I masked some of the elements in the set and used the clouds from Weather It to create a scene inside the polaroid frame. One of my favorite parts from this set is the combo of sentiments, I love combining tall, thin fonts with handwritted fonts like I did in this card, I think it looks really cool!!

Here's a detail pic

And talking about Red, are you a fan of "Once upon a time"? Because I am!! I'm watching the third season now and I like the fun view of traditional tales, changing the characters but keeping their essence. And my faves?? Always the "bad" ones haha (and Red!!)

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great week!!

Avery Elle April/May Release Blog Hop

Yay! Welcome to the Avery Elle April/May Release Blog Hop!

Finally all the new release is available on the Avery Elle store, and there are some awesome sets, I tell you!

The set I'm featuring today is called "Weather it" and it's a cool set with a big umbrella and great matching sentiments! And there's also coordinating dies! (I love that sets come with coordinating dies!)
So here's what I made:

I used a stencil with embossing paste, color mists and Stickles to create the rain of hearts, it looks amazing in person! Then I added some felt clouds and the umbrella stamped on patterned paper.

I made another card using watercolors but the colors in this one looks a bit weird and I could fix it grr!
