My little book of animals - Lawn Fawn & Punky Sprouts mini album

Hi!!
How is your week going so far? I've been very busy lately! The people of Punky Sprouts sent the Lawn Fawn DT some of their mini albums to play, I want to thank them because the albums are totally awesome!!

When I received my Punky Sprouts mini album I was struggling with what to do because scrapbooking is not my thing... I was going to give it a try with my pets or pictures from my land but suddenly I had an idea: a mini book for children about animals, making it fun with some games and interactivity.

Well, I loved the idea and I started to work on it... You know when your idea starts growing by itself and it gets out of your control? LOL It happened and when I wanted to keep the book simple and add only a few things... Well it ended like this and it took me A LOT of hours to finish it.

Using the front page as a guide, I cut a piece of cardboard to add to the first pages

The fun part pf these mini albums is that you can go creative and add elements like manila tags, acetate sheets... everything! I added an acetate sheet for a little guessing name here:

I know, it's not very hard :P but the solutions are behind the sheet!

Sea animals is one of my favorite pages, each one of the animals has its name hidden and you can pull out to see it

The Critters on the Savanna are stamped on sticker paper so the glasine bag is full of stickers to full the Savanna landscape!

Who is disguised in the snow? Just follow the numbers with a pencil to find it out! (Yes, I'm like a little girl, hahahaha)

For the Australian critters (sorry Aussi people, I know Oceania is not only Australia but I didn't find a better name, I accept suggestions!) I made a little envelope and I created a list of curiosities about all those cute animals.

Finally, one of my other favorites (because I love this Lawn Fawn set) I left the animals this way so the children could color them. Also, the name of each animal is hidden so they complete the blanks first :)

The end!  I hope you've enjoyed my "little" project :)

I want to say that I don't have children in my life, this means I thought about all this with no experience, I don't know if it is balanced or for what age it is suitable... I just trusted my inner child so, please, forgive my mistakes :)

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today, have a wonderful day!!

When I saw this on the LF blog, my chin hit the floor. You always do amazing things, but this really takes the cake. Please have it laminiated before you ever let a child touch it. Such awesomeness should be preserved, as well as enjoyed, for as long as possible.
