Today I have a new project to share with you to follow with the fun and celebrations of this Lawn Fawn inspiration week. We're featuring the newest set from the backdrop series and I don't know about you but I had been waiting for this one!
Due to limitations of clear stamps this woodgrain backdrop doesn't cover an entire card and maybe that scares you bit but trust me, it's super easy to use it and due to the imperfections of wood you can even play and rotate it, go a bit up or down, etc to get different results, I'm really enjoying playing with it and this texture is my favorite when stamping backgrounds :)
Also, it includes some fun little sentiments and images to play with and create cute decorations in your "wooden piece"
I wanted to make something different today and I decided to try myself at a wedding invitation (nope, I'm not getting married lol!) I know it's a bit complicated for a massive wedding, but I think it's pretty and special for a little and intime wedding, maybe one celebrated outdoors with a cute but elegant woodland decoration, muted tones, some bling... I can imagine it... What do you think?
Thanks so much for you visit today! For more inspiration and a giveaway, visit the Lawn Fawn blog! Hugs!!

Beautiful, just love it :)
wowee!! that's something special. the colors, the layout - amazing! but you're my hero if you would make more than 10 of these ;)
Aww, adorable!! Kissing deer - so cute! :)
that is adorable!
I really love your card with the little fawns nose kissing. Too cute!!! Could you please explain to me how you flip the stamped image as to have them nose kissing???
Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you so much for your comments you're all too sweet!!
Hahahaha Elena!! I've been thinking about the mass production of this card (mass production like 30-50, no 200 haha) and I think I can do it! But I'd cheat a bit. I think I'd flip the fawn in the computer and print the couple together. And I'd use ink instead of green embossing powder. That way, I think I can do it ;)
Johanna, it's a technique called mirror stamping. You stamp your image on the back of a bigger (and bold)clear stamp and then stamp that surface on the paper. It needs some pen correction in some areas, sometimes but you can achieve really nice results :) If you need a more detailed explanation, just send me an email, I'll be happy to help! :)
aw! it's a gorgeous wedding invitation! and it would be perfect to give to just the bridal party maybe, to make them extra special! anyway, that mirror-ed dear is so cool! i am in love love love with this invitation!
Awwww! That is so cute and so elegant! Perfect mirror stamping! You are the best ;-)
