Lawnscaping challenge #79: New Technique

Hi there!!
Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I had so much fun and I have something exciting to share with you soon ;)
But today I woke up really sleepy and the coffe is not helping me! Ugh... Mondays! lol Good thing they have cool things like a new Lawnscaping challenge!

This time we're challenging you to try a new technique! For my card, I made my first ever template using Silhouette and acetate and then I used embossing paste for the first time (and I loved it!). I made a card in the past using a snow paste that works similar but let's pretend this is totally new for me, ok? ;)

I had so much fun with the embossing paste and I chose to create a messy and imperfect look on the background playing with it and color mists. Then I just cut some hexagons out of vellum and white cardstock, added the cute bees and draw trails with a black marker. Hope you like it!

There's more inspiration on the Lawnscaping blog, the DT has amazing projects for you using great techniques, don't miss them! And don't miss this challenge either because we're sponsored by Simon Says Stamp so you could win a $25 coupon to their store!!
