I totally jumped into Christmas mode and I'm already thinking about festive packaging ;) When I saw the new Jingle stamp set, I knew I needed to use those big beautiful words to customize some wraping paper. I used white ink on kraft paper and I simply love the result!

Then I created my own tags combining the slim tag from Tag Party Elle-ments for the sentiment with the new Holiday Circle Tags Elle-Ments for the cute mice. And talking about those mice, they are from the new stamp set Christmas Mice (and they are so adorable!!!)

Avery Elle Summer blog hop

Summer release is finally here and it's full of wonderful, fun and cute products, I know you're going to love them all! I hope you are enjoying this blog hop and being inspired to create!

Today I'm showcasing the new Peek-A-Boo Coaster stamps and dies, I love those happy critters! I paired these new products with some oldies to create my scene.

First I colored the background with Distress inks and die cut it using the Ray Elle-ments die. The critters and wagons were colored with alcohol markers and the clouds are from the Cloud Mat Elle-ments die (I love this die so so much!)
The frame is cut out from one of the patterned papers included in the Spring Collection Paper pad.

Avery Elle Spring 2020 Blog Hop

I'm so excited because this Spring release is full of amazing products!, I know you're going to love everything, just take a look at all the inspiration we're sharing through this blog hop ;)

For my card, I used the new Hot Dog stamp set and coordinating dies combined with some old stuff and a new patterned paper ;)

I created the ombre panel for the background with Distress inks and then sprinkled with some white paint. The cute festive dogs were colored with Copic markers, like the rectangle I used for the sentiment. I hope you like it!

Lawn Fawn & Hero Arts Big Thanks Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Lawn Fawn & Hero Arts Big Thanks Blog Hop!

We're celebrating Hero Arts 45 anniversary so Lawn Fawn and Hero Arts joined forces to design and release an adorable new and exclusive stamp set and coordinated dies called Big Thanks.

Below there is a little card I made using it but before talking about that, I want to wish all the Hero Arts crew a very big HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! Hero Arts is a very important company in our industry and I'm happy to see it growing and keeping up inspiring all of us to create during all my years as cardmaker :) And now, here's my card hee hee:

I colored the background with Distress inks, then sprinkled more of the same inks on top plus some golden ink to add some shine. For the base of the card and grass, I used the new Gold Rush cardstock from Lawn Fawn, I love the suble golden sparkle on it!!
For the images, I used my alcohol markers. Look at those hippos and birds, so cute!!

To create the sentiment, I heat embossed it using white embossing powder over a brown cardstock and stamped one of the small sentences using brown ink just bellow the stripe of cardstock.
As a final touch I added some twine, also in dark brown.

I used my Clean Color Real Brush to color everything, I love the watercolor look on these images. How cute is that little fox holding a jar of leaves? Awww!!

Avery Elle Summer Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Avery Elle Summer release blog hop!

The new release is full of amazing and very summery products, I know you're totally going to love it!
I'm showcasing the new Peak A Boo Summer Pals stamp set and coordinating dies, a set full of cute sea/summer critters that is perfect to send some love and cheer anyone up :)

I've made two projects using this set, a card and a pair of tags.

For the card I started by coloring the background with watercolors and spraying it with the new Clear Shimmer Spray by Avery Elle. It's hard to see in the pictures but it's really pretty in person!

Then I continued by stamping, coloring with alcohol markers and die cutting the critters. I added some details like some coral and seaweed that I also colored with markers.

Finally I adhered a stripe with the embossed sentiment and several sequins.

As soon as I saw the seagull I knew I wanted to create some tags using him, he's so fun and cute!!

I used Distress inks and Avery Elle watercolors for the background and colored the image with alcohol markers. I love the solid world bubble with the hello sentiment included in this set!!

Avery Elle Spring Blog Hop

I hope you're enjoying the blog hop!! 
The new Avery Elle release is full of fun and cute products and I'm featuring today one of my favorites: All of Us. This is a stamp set with coordinating dies with rows of animals ready to cheer everyone up!

I wanted to use the row of cats for a very neutral (great for guys!) birthday card.

I stamped all the background with cats and then colored them with different shades of grey, using different patterns. I die cut it using the wonky stitched die and glued it to a grey card base. I wanted all the card to be in grey scale and then add a pop of color with the sentiment. As a final touch, I added a little bow made with grey twine.

Avery Elle Winter release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Avery Elle Winter Blog Hop!

I'm sharing a card using the new die called Three Hearts. I mixed it with the amazing Peek a Boo Pals stamp set from a previous release and borrowed the super cute sentiment from another new die called Tons of Hearts Frame.

I love this hearts die to create little windows on my cards. Having three different hearts makes it easier and prettier than die cutting three separate hearts using the exact same die.

So, as soon as I decided that I was going to create a window card, I knew I wanted to take these little pals and put them peeking out of each heart. The are sooo cute!

For the making process, I started coloring a piece of watercolor paper with AE liquid watercolor for the base. Then I stamped, colored with Copic markers and die cut the critters.

Next, I used the Three Hearts die and senitment from Tons of Hearts Frame die to die cut my base. For the "valentine's" word, I die cut three times the sentiment out of white cardstock and adhered all of them together. The last step was putting all together, I used dimensional adhesive to adhere the white panel on my watercolor base to pop it out.
