Avery Elle Masculine card

Hi again ;)

Today I'm featuring a set of dies from the June Avery Elle release, Signature dies. The're a fun and basic shape that will fit on every project.

    

I paired these dies with the new papers from Avery Elle and tried my hand at a masculine card.You know I barely make masculine cards, I'm soooo bad on them, lol! For some reason I need to add cute elements to almost all my cards :P



I nested two of the dies to create the big shape and just cut a smaller circle for a very CAS design. The sentiment is from Many thanks, just inking the superior part. I love  this color combo, cool shades are my favorite and this aqua-teal-green is so fresh!! I hope you like it!

Avery Elle & Authentique week - You're radiant

Hi there!!
I hope your weekend was amazing!  We have been enjoying great weather finally, crossing fingers it lasts a lot!!

One of my favorite products from Authentique are these little books of journaling cards (ohh and the pack of pre-blended card bases are great too!!), I know it's weird, I'm not a scrapbooker but I absolutely love them, so I picked 2 and made a card using the diamond from Avery Elle Many Thanks stamp set. I think the journaling card matches perfectly with it hee hee.

You can see also some of the new Avery Elle paper on the base ;)

I used a Wink of Stella clear pen on the inside of the letters and on the diamond to emphasize the whole message and I love the final result but it's really hard to appreciate it on the picture :/



Here's a closer pic and you can see the shimmer better in this one but in real person it looks so cool!! Any tips on taking pics to cards with Wink of Stella?

Avery Elle & Scrapbooking Adhesives week

I made two cards mixing products from both companies and I had so much fun!

On my first one I used 3D foam and Dotz and I combined some different sets from AE, you know I love doing that! ;)

For my second card I used 3D foam hearts covered in glitter to create a very simple anniversary card

Avery Elle - Many Thanks

Hi again!!
Have you seen the amazing Avery Elle June release?? One of my favorite things is that there are sentiments for all occasions with very pretty and trendy fonts!

Today I'm featuring one of the new stamp sets, Many Thanks, that includes similar fonts like Cake & Candles, I think they together can cover a big range of the cards we usually send, at least in my case!

But this one has also a very cool diamond stamp (gem or jewel) and I LOVE the font in that sentiment!! So you guess right, I had to use it on my card :)

I created a background with silver ink and watercolors, and I heat embossed the gem with white powder on silver glittery paper. Finally I added some washi tape and silver glittery dots. I love this color combo!

Lawnscaping Challenge #81: Create a background with stamps

Hello!
Happy Monday!! We have a new Lawnscaping challenge for you! And this time it's a very fun one, create your background with stamps!

I'm not good with floral cards so I challenged myself to go further and create a floral background with stamps. I've seen this kind of backgrounds everywhere but they're hard for me! I never know how to arrange the bouquets lol!

One of the latests sets from Lawn Fawn, Penelope's Blossoms is perfect to create all kind of floral arrangements so I went with it and, because the card was busy enough I just added a simple sentiment embossed in gold in the middle and some twine creating a white frame.

Lawn Fawn & Perfect Paper Crafting

Yes, I'm still alive, lol! It might seem that I've been taking some holidays from paper crafting but I've been playing with the new Lawn Fawn stamps, getting ready for the release party that will start on May 4th, stay tuned!! ;)

This week Lawn Fawn and Perfect Paper Crafting are teaming up to show how two amazing products, Perfect Layers and Perfect Tears work with the cute Lawn Fawn stamps.

Both products were new to me so I decided to try both on my project: Perfect Tears rulers for my mountains and Perfect Layers rulers for my pink frame around the card. Also, Perfect Tears pack includes a refillable pen to use with water to help tearing heavy cardstock; I used that pen to draw the lines of my layers of grass and then tear them exaclty as I wanted. I love this stuff!
