Falling for you - Lawnscaping challenge #93

Hi there!
For those of you who celebrate, I hope you enjoyed Halloween! Here's still not very popular but I made a decorated cake to celebrate it :)
The rest of my weekend was pretty crazy with our dinning room being painted and we planning a little trip for November, I'm super excited!

Finally, Fall brings cold and rain, I know it probably sounds weird but I've been missing a true Fall so I'm happy! And talking about Fall (and this is pure coincidence ;)) the new Lawnscaping challenge is about Fall! Pumpkins, leaves, you know... Sounds lovely, right?

Birthday & Thanksgiving Lawn Fawn cards

Hi there!
I hope you're enjoying your Sunday! Here the Sunday is almost over as well as the weekend... sniff! :( But I sure enjoyed it! This Fall looks like summer we're having higher temperatures now than during July and August... And I'm not really happy with that, I love hot Summers and cool and windy with some rainy and some sunny days Falls but we were having more than 25°C during all the week!

Anyway and despite the weather I'm totally in Fall mood, going on walks through the woods with my boyfriend collecting mushrooms and chestnuts and looking for delicious recipes to make with pumpkins :)

And cardmaking, of course! I have some Lawn Fawn cards to share with you today, these were made for last inspiration week but were lost so here they are finally! :)
I know it's early for Thanksgiving but let's be honest you've been seeing here some Christmas cards lately too haha
So here's the card I made featuring Violet's ABCs, super simple but I love the colors!

VioletsABC_CristinaNuñez1

I used the papers from Sweater Weather and one of the new and super lovely notecards, I love them!!

My other card features Finely's ABCs dies, well, Finely's 123s :) I made a birthday card using these fun little monsters from Monster Mash.

Finleys123_CristinaNuñez1

The dots on the background were recicled from the die cutting of the numbers, they're the holes from the 8, 9... and some exclamation points I die cut to have all those little dots :)

Are you loving the new stuff from Lawn Fawn? I know the answer is yes! How cute an amazing it is? Today we have some more yummy goodies to share with you!

First, I made a pair of little boxes using a new favorite, Winter Gifts, and not only for Winter and Christmas! This set have coordinating Lawn Cuts dies and is makes the cutest tags! You can use this for scrapbooking, cardmaking, project life, and of course, to embellish your gifts as I did here :) I also used the new twine, Gold Sparkle and Mistletoe, perfect for Christmas!

Another cool thing in this new release is that Lawn Fawn is increasing their collection of Lawn Cuts, adding more matching dies for old stamp sets. One of the new additions is So Thankful, and I couldn't help myself, I needed to include a surprise pumpkin with the normal ones ;) The bunny in the pumpkin, is from Critters in Costume, and here's an example of how you can use it not only for Halloween!

Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week - So thankful

Hello friends!
Today is the last day of September Inspiration Week and I really enjoyed this one :)

I must confess that I've always loved Inspiration Weeks, each day, the first thing I did in the morning was visiting Lawn Fawn's blog to see the DT projects and this has not changed because I don't see the other DT projects before the post is released so, I'm totally excited about each one of the Inspiration Week days! :)

Today, the star of the show is a mini set called So thankful. And I LOVE the cute mini pumpkins in it! They also match perfect with the bigger pumpkin in Harvest Season set.

This mini has been created as a Thanksgiving / Fall set but, as all Lawn Fawn sets, it can be used for other themes like Halloween. With this idea in mind I decided to play a little with it and I made two almost identical cards with different themes, Thanksgiving and Halloween. I hope you like my little experiment!

Please visit Lawn Fawn blog for more amazing inspiration and wait! You've still time to enter all the fabulous giveaways there, tomorrow the winners will be published, good luck! ;)
