25 days of Christmas tags

Hi again!!

Today I'm joining Tracey (from In My Creative Opinion) in her annual 25 Days of Christmas Tags and this is being a tradition for me too, hehe!!

I love this kind of Christmas celebrations and countdowns and this one is celebrating 5 years!! Just WOW!! Congrats Tracey, let's keep this cute tradition!! :D

I made a tag using Lawn Fawn products, this racoon from Holiday Party animal is super cute and I wanted him to be the star of the show, I created a "window" and now he is super comfortable enjoying a hot cocoa cup while it's snowing outside hahaha

ChristmasTag

I made some ornaments for the tag, a big snowflake die cut and a thin tag with the sentiment, I think it looks nice :)

25 Days of Christmas Tags

Hi there!!

First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to all my american friends, I hope you don't be too stressed with preparations and enjoy your day :)

Today I'm joining a fun event with some of the Lawn Fawn and Lawnscaping girls: 25 Days of Christmas Tags organized by Tracey from http://inmycreativeopinion.blogspot.ca/
It's Day 25 so don't miss all the amazing tags shared by Tracey during these days, there are a TON of inspiration there!!

Here's the tag I made:

Be Merry tag

I used the round tag die from Avery Elle and stamps, dies and papers from Lawn Fawn. This is not a tag you can mass produce but I think it will feel the recipient special :)

I added foam adhesive to create dimension and adhered sugar coating on the falling snow and tree for a more sparkling and festive look, I hope you like it!

Not only you can find lots of inspiration for your Christmas tags on Tracey's blog, there are also a lot of prices because this cool event is sponsored by a lot of amazing companies so don't forget to take a look and comment there to win ;)

Lawnscaping challenge #46: Tags

Hi!
It's time for a new Lawnscaping challenge! This time we're challenging you to make a tag. You can include it on your card, gift bag, or share it alone as I did! :)

I've created a pair of vintage Christmas tags:

I made the rosettes using a scalloped circle die and my scoring board, easy and pretty! Then I made some paper piecing and used distress ink on some pieces to give a vintage look. I also included a mini tag on each tag, I think it looks cute and the challenge is about tags, right? ;) Hope you like them!

I'd love that you join us! This challenge is sponsored by Lawn Fawn so that means that you can win a stamp set of your choice!

Thank you so much for your visit, have an amazing week! :)

Lawn Fawn March Inspiration Week - Grand Greetings

The set that we're featuring today is "Grand Greetings" and I made two projects to show you how awesome is it!

As I've joined the DT in March, I didn't feature You've Got Mail so I tought that I could send some love using an old letter ;) I hope you like it!

Supply list:
- Lawn Fawn stamps: "Grand Greetings", "You've Got Mail", "Making Frosty Friends" & "Love n' Breakfast"
- Versafine inks: "Satin Red" & "Deep Lagoon"
- Memento "Tuxedo Black" ink
- Distress inks: "Antique Linnen", "Festive Berries" & "Worn Lipstick"
- Copics
- Twine

Then I realized that the curly border included in the set would be a nice wave border so I made this tag :)

Did you see the videos where Chari and Kelly Marie show how to dye the natural hemp cord from lawn trimmings? I wanted to give it a try and I used "Worn Lipstick" to dye mine and it matches perfectly with Lawn Fawn "Bright Side" papers! I LOVE it!
A little tip: after rubbing the twine over the pad, wet it a little to help blending the color (if you want it smooth!)

Supply list:
- Lawn Fawn stamps: "Grand Greetings" and "Critters in the Sea"
- Lawn Fawn papers: "Bright Side"6x6 paper pack
- Lawn Fawn trimmings: Natural
- Distress inks: "Worn Lipstick"
- Hero Arts inks: "Ocean"
- White embossing powder and Versamark ink
- Button
- Ribbon

Please visit the Lawn Fawn blog for more inspiration and comment for a chance to win! There are lots of giveaways going on!

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for all the kind comments on my firsts projects as Fawnie Girl! I appreciate a lot each one of them! :)
