Welcome to the Avery Elle Summer release blog hop!
The new release is full of amazing products, I know you're going to love it! There are some really beautiful and cute stamps and the new stand alone dies are just perfect!
For the blog hop, I'm featuring a pretty new set, Hummingbird, and I love so much the hummingbird stamp that I wanted it to be the focal image of my card.
I colored it with Avery Elle liquid watercolors, as well as the background panel. For the flowers, I heat embossed them with with embossing powder on kraft paper and then I used a brow marker to trace the outline to make them pop a bit.
I stamped the sentiment inking the word wonderful with several inks to create that watercolor look and the I hand cut it to keep it on a thin stripe and don't hide a lot of the background image.
