Let's Polka, Mon Amie - Lawn Fawn Feb inspiration week

Hi!!
Are you enjoying this inspiration week at Lawn Fawn? I sure am!! Today the star of the show is the new paper collection: Let's Polka, Mon Amie. It has the same patterns like the original Let's Polka but with pastel tones and I love mixing both too!

I made a table setting for a birthday or spring party combining the new papers with the new green ink for a more sprin-y look. I absolutely love this tone of green!

Party serving

I used the new Candy Box and Stitched Labels dies to make little gifts for anyone in the party, using Louie's ABCs for the monogram on each one, sponged with the new ink.

I also decorated a little milk bottle with a stripe of paper, some twine and one of the new heart wood veneers.

I hope you like my little idea for a party table! Thank you so much for stopping by, hugs!!

Fawny Holiday Week: Spinner card

Hola!!
It's Fawny Holiday week! This is a special inspiration week all about the upcoming Holidays, there will be tons and I mean TONS of projects to inspire you and of course, giveaways!
Don't miss the post on the Lawn Fawn blog during all this special event!

Here's my first project, a spinner card, something fun to receive from a friend, don't you think? If you want to know how I made it, I have a similar card here with a video tutorial, it's easy and fun to make!

Merry & Bright spinner card

This card doesn't stand up pretty because of the bunny weight, he ate too much christmas cookies, lol!! Anyway, I didn't want to remove him from the card because I think that if you don't want to display it, receiving this card is something fun with both two critters. Of course, you can add two penguins or other critters smaller than the bunny :)

If you have any questions, just send me an email, I'll help you happily!

Thank you so much for your visit! Have a nice day!

Supply list:
- Lawn Fawn stamps: Winter Bunny, Winter Penguin, Cozy Christmas, Deck the Halls
- Lawn Fawn dies: Stitched Rectangles, Stitched Banners, Winter Bunny, Winter Penguin, Louie's ABCs
- Copic markers
- Washi tape
- Memento ink: Tuxedo Black
- Hero Arts ink: Ocean
- White gel pen

You & Me mini book

Hola!

I'm here today to share a mini book I made using the new Stitched Party Banners and some other Lawn Fawn products :)

I used Let's Polka on all pages because it's full of fun, colorful and easy basic patterns to start everything. For each page, I just cut a piece of cardboard with the big banner die and two of patterned paper and glued a patterned paper on each side of the cardboard. I used my Crop A Dile to give a nice look to each page with coordinating eyelets.

I wanted a fun cover so I mixed different elements from the lastest Lawn Fawn stuff: the circle is a watercolor paper colored with an ombre effect and then cut with the stitched circle included in Stitched Party Banners, then I die cut the ampersand from Louie's ABCs and substitued it with another die cut from white cardstock.
For the "you" and "me" I wanted to give them the look of big labels so I heat embossed with white the new Clark's ABCs on black cardstock stripes and then covered them with glossy accents.
Finally, the polaroid is from #Awesome, colored with copics.

I hope you like it and feel inspired to create your own mini book! It's really easy and perfect to document a little trip, birthday or just to give as a gift!

It's almost weekend so I wish you have a great one!! Hugs!!

Louie's ABcs & 123s - Lawn Fawn May Inspiration Week

Hello!
It's day 5th of Lawn Fawn May Inspiration week (& release!!) and today we're featuring some new dies! Louie's ABCs and 123s are big alpha dies perfect for a ton of projects: cards, layouts, project life, mini books...

I used them on a card and I love that they're bold and really grab all the atention. I mixed them with Schoolhouse Backdrops, A Good Apple, Wish you were here and Science of Love to create a thank you teacher card. I love that Lawn Fawn stamps match great!

Oh! And that patterned paper on the background? That's a new 12x12 paper, yes the green stripes!! I really really love the striped patterned paper in Let's Polka and I missed the green one but now you can get it stand alone :)

My second project is Project Life journaling card. I know, PL? I'm not good at it at all! But I had a lot of fun creating this one and I really wanted to show you that Louie's ABCs are great for PL, for the week title, for example. So, sorry project lifers, I know this mostly looks like a card hahaha! But I hope you like it anyway and I hope my week 29 will look  like that ;)

Thanks Jenn Shurkus for the water idea, I love it!!
