Cloudy Hillside pop up add on - Lawn Fawn April inspiration week

Hey, happy Friday!

It's Lawn Fawn inspiration week again and we have lots of projects to share with you :)
Today we're featuring the Cloudy Hillside Pop-Up Add-On dies, another great add-on for the Hillside Pop-Up die that you can also use as a stand alone die on your cards. But I wanted to create an interactive pop up card.

I love creating starry skies so I decided I wanted to make a space scene on my card. I must say this card is time consuming but I had a very relaxing and great time making it.

The back panel and extra panel used for the front were colored with Distress inks appling and blending the different colors with a blending tool. Then, I sprinkled some water and white paint on top to add texture like little stars. I also adhered some tiny stars die cut from white cardstock using the Starry Skies die. The lilac distressed part on the inside was made the same way.

All the images were colored with Copic markers. I stamped and colored a bunch of those little green aliens, I love seeing them peeking from everywhere hehe!

Of course I had to add some shiny and sprakly details. I added some sequins on the front and Glossy Accents to the "glass" of the spaceships and the boy's helmet.
And one of my favorite parts, the super-sparkly sentiment! Haha! First I die cut it from lilac cardstock three times and adhered them together. Then I adhered it to the front of the card and covered it with
Glossy Accents and finally, I sprinkled some Chunky Glitter on top, trying to cover more the bottom and just a little the top of the die cut.

I hope you like it! I truly enjoyed making it and I think the result is fun and colorful :)

Don't forget to check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more inspiration using this dies. There's a demo video and a giveaway, too ;)

Thank you so much for stopping by, have a great Friday!
