Stuck on You - Lawn Fawn march inspiration week

Howdy!

I hope you're enjoying the Lawn Fawn inspiration week! Today we're sharing our creations using Stuck On You, a cute cactus-themed medium stamp set and coordinating dies.

I love this set because it lets you make two very different kind of cards. You can go with the cactus and flowers and make super pretty card or you can use them for a fun western scene.

I picked the second choice this time and created two scenes with the instagram frame from #awesome and my distress inks and pristamcolor pencils.
Then I added a desert snake dressed like a sheriff to finish off the card. And I can tell you that I had a lot of fun making this card. I enjoyed every bit of the process and I love that!

You & Me mini book

Hola!

I'm here today to share a mini book I made using the new Stitched Party Banners and some other Lawn Fawn products :)

I used Let's Polka on all pages because it's full of fun, colorful and easy basic patterns to start everything. For each page, I just cut a piece of cardboard with the big banner die and two of patterned paper and glued a patterned paper on each side of the cardboard. I used my Crop A Dile to give a nice look to each page with coordinating eyelets.

I wanted a fun cover so I mixed different elements from the lastest Lawn Fawn stuff: the circle is a watercolor paper colored with an ombre effect and then cut with the stitched circle included in Stitched Party Banners, then I die cut the ampersand from Louie's ABCs and substitued it with another die cut from white cardstock.
For the "you" and "me" I wanted to give them the look of big labels so I heat embossed with white the new Clark's ABCs on black cardstock stripes and then covered them with glossy accents.
Finally, the polaroid is from #Awesome, colored with copics.

I hope you like it and feel inspired to create your own mini book! It's really easy and perfect to document a little trip, birthday or just to give as a gift!

It's almost weekend so I wish you have a great one!! Hugs!!

#Awesome - Lawn Fawn March Inspiration week

Hello!
This is the fifth post of the March Lawn Fawn Inspiration week and today we're featuring a super trendy set based in social media: #Awesome. It has coordinating dies and a super cool frame that I love perfect for all kind of cards!

I made an interactive card, it was super awesome in my head but I couldn't make it as I dreamed, instead, I made this simple but fun card, you can pull the polaroid pic to discover the festive birthday chick hehe.

I wanted to give it a retro look so I went with the Polaroid camera colors and aged a bit the borders.

Of course, the one chosen to go on the pic was this cute nerdie :)
