I love You - Lawn Fawn Dec inspiration week

Hi!!

Lawn Fawn December inspiration week has come to an end but now you can purchase the new release! I hope you like everything and you've inspired by our projects. I love this mini release!

For the last day of inspiration week I featured the new I love you border. Isn't it cute? I love this borders, they're the perfect size for both horizontal and vertical cards because you can trim the borders without harming the sentiment. Also you can curve it a little! :)

I Love You border

I also used the new stitched hearts dies, finally some big hearts! yay! And I paired these new toys with the cute raccoon from Holiday Party Animal and Smitty's ABC's for a custom sentiment. The first time I saw the raccoon I knew I wanted to make a card with a thief-raccoon haha!

For more inspiration on how to use this set and others from the new release, please check the Lawn Fawn blog.
Thank you so much for your sweet comments and support, big hugs!!

Year Five - Lawn Fawn March inspiration week

Hi there!

This is my second post today, if you're here for the Crafty Friendship blog hop post (and ou don't want to miss it), click here or just scroll down, thanks :)

Another Lawn Fawn inspiration week starts today, yay!! It's my favorite time of the month! Today we're featuring Year Five, awwwww THAT otter!!! It's one of my favorites from this release (and all time!)

I love otters, they're so so cute!! One of my favorite things is how they hold hands so they don't loose each other while floating. So I had to make this card. And I think the punny sentiment is just perfect for it.
I made this card with my boyfriend in mind and I give it to him with a little gift just because. He was very surprised and loved everything and that is my favorite thing about making cards, when I can give them and surprise and make smile someone :)

I stamped the otter twice but I removed the ink from one of the arms of the second otter and draw it myself so they were "holding hands".
I stamped the custom sentiment with Smitty's ABCs combined with the otterly included in the original sentiment, I love combining fonts!

Lawn Fawn + Faber Castell week

Hello there!
This week the design team of Lawn Fawn is teaming up with Faber-Castell. And I've been playing with a Mixed Media metallic set and I had so much fun that I made two projects!

My first project is a CAS card. I stamped everything on watercolor paper inking my stamps with the artist pens and then I colored the stars with the art grip aquarelle pencils and blended with water :)

For my second project I decorated a mini book where I'll write my favorite holiday recipes. Loved the idea of some sugar cookies on a baking trail hee hee!
I dyed the ribbon using golden gelatos and water. Then I colored the baking tray (a piece of black cardstock) with the silver art grip aquarelle pencil and water and when it dried, I drawed the border line with the artist pen. The cookies are colored with gelatos and aquarelle pencil + water.

I hope you like my projects for today!! Thanks for stopping by :)

Supply list:
- Lawn Fawn stamps: Let it Snow, Ornate Ornaments, Bows and Holly, Sweet Christmas and Smitty's ABCs
- Lawn Fawn papers: Fa-La-La petite paper pad
- Faber Castell Mixed Media pack on metallics
- May Arts ribbon
- Stickles
- Versamark ink and white embossing powder
