You've Got Mail dies - LF April inspiration week

Hello!

Welcome to the last post of Lawn Fawn April inspiration week! I hope you enjoyed all this week's projects :)

Today we're playing with an old set that has new dies, You've Got Mail. I made some cards using this set in the past but I think I've never used the mailbox! So I had to fix that :)

Happy mail

I combined it with sentiments from Just For You and the mice from the stamps made by Lawn Fawn exclusively to Simon Says Stamp: Merry Christmouse. I picked the mouse with the present and masked it a bit to put the envelope instead. I love using holiday stamps all year round!

Happy mail - detail

The card is pretty simple, tough. I colored all the images with Copic markers and stamped the envelope border with Lawn Fawn inks. The natural twine and patterned paper is also from Lawn Fawn.

Thank you so much for joining me during all this week! Your comments always made me smile :)
Have an amazing rest of the week!

Critters on the Savanna - Lawn Fawn April Inspiration Week

Hi!!
It's starting to feel like Spring here! After a lot of rainy and cold days some warm and sunny days, it feels sooo good :) What about you? I hope you're enjoying some warm temps too!

Today is the first day of Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week and we're showcasing Critters on the Savanna, one of my newewst favorites!
This is what I made, thinking about two friends living far away and one sending the other s package with a photo of them and a postcard. I invented a whole story, huh? haha

It looks like a package but it's actaually a card! ;) Of course, you can use this idea for decorating package too, I think it'd make a cute gift! I hope you like it!
For the package simulation, I wrapped a piece of cardstock, that easy :)

This is another card I made using the same set, you already know this one for sure because I made it for CHA release week and the year three catalog but I haven't shared it on my blog yet, so here it is :)

Lawn Fawn March Inspiration Week - Grand Greetings

The set that we're featuring today is "Grand Greetings" and I made two projects to show you how awesome is it!

As I've joined the DT in March, I didn't feature You've Got Mail so I tought that I could send some love using an old letter ;) I hope you like it!

Supply list:
- Lawn Fawn stamps: "Grand Greetings", "You've Got Mail", "Making Frosty Friends" & "Love n' Breakfast"
- Versafine inks: "Satin Red" & "Deep Lagoon"
- Memento "Tuxedo Black" ink
- Distress inks: "Antique Linnen", "Festive Berries" & "Worn Lipstick"
- Copics
- Twine

Then I realized that the curly border included in the set would be a nice wave border so I made this tag :)

Did you see the videos where Chari and Kelly Marie show how to dye the natural hemp cord from lawn trimmings? I wanted to give it a try and I used "Worn Lipstick" to dye mine and it matches perfectly with Lawn Fawn "Bright Side" papers! I LOVE it!
A little tip: after rubbing the twine over the pad, wet it a little to help blending the color (if you want it smooth!)

Supply list:
- Lawn Fawn stamps: "Grand Greetings" and "Critters in the Sea"
- Lawn Fawn papers: "Bright Side"6x6 paper pack
- Lawn Fawn trimmings: Natural
- Distress inks: "Worn Lipstick"
- Hero Arts inks: "Ocean"
- White embossing powder and Versamark ink
